Labor Law no. 6 of 2010 in the private sector has been issued to create a fair balance between the interests of the laborers and their protection on one hand, and that of the employers on the other hand, due to the positive effects of this on both the individual and community.

Course Objectives

Law No.6 of 2010 on employment in the private sector has been issued in Kuwait consisting of (150) article divided into seven main chapters on general provisions, employment, apprenticeship and vocational training, individual work contract, labor system & conditions and labor inspection and penalties.

Due to the importance of this law and its direct impact on business entities and employees equally, Baker Tilly Kuwait presents a workshop under the title “ Labor Law no. 6 of 2010 in the Private Sector”.
